Rates at Huntsdrift Lodge
Huntsdrift Lodge offers two options depending on the use to which it is being put.
Should you have special catering and accommodation enquries please contact us, we will assist you to the best of our ability.
Option 1 : self catering accommodation
- Accommodates a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum 10 guests sharing
- Self catering only
- Cost : R300 per person per day
- Room service available on request
Option 2 : mini-conference or small business meeting
- Accommodates a maximum of 10 guests
- Fully catered : dinner, breakfast, light lunches and teas
- Cost : R800 per person per day
- Full room service
Rates at Huntshoek Lodge
Huntshoek Lodge offers two options depending on the number of guests and their preference.
Option 1 : dinner, bed and breakfast
- Accommodates a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum 10 guests sharing
- Dinner, bed and breakfast and drinks included
- Cost : R1250 per person per day
- Full room service
Option 2 : self catering chalet
- Accomodates 2 couples or a total of 4 guests sharing
- Self catering only
- Cost : R850 per day for the chalet
- Room service on request
Reservation policy
- Rates are charged per person per day (except for Huntshoek Lodge option 2) and are inclusive of 14% VAT.
- Single Suppliment of 10% of regular rate to be added per person per day.
- Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.
- Provisional bookings will be kept for 48 hours.
- Full settlement of accomodation cost within 24 hours of confirmation of your reservation.
- All payments directly into bank account provided and proof of payment to be faxed.
Cancellation policy
Cancelled bookings will incur charges as follows :
- 30 days or more - 10% of full cost.
- 30 days or less - 50% of full cost.
- 7 days or less - 100% of full cost.
